Thank you for considering FLAKOUT as your clothing supplier. We are committed to providing high-quality products and establishing lasting partnerships with our esteemed wholesalers.


  1. Order Process:

  • Orders can be placed by contacting our dedicated wholesale team at b2b@flakout.com or through social media, or by phone using the provided number in the product catalog. Orders will be processed promptly, and shipping details will be provided upon dispatch.

  1. Shipping Orders:

  • The shipping time is 5-20 days. Your orders are subject to customs duties and charges that must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no responsibility or control over these charges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of our company. FLAKOUT will choose the most economical shipping method unless otherwise specified.

  1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

  • No minimum order quantity is required for wholesale purchases!

  1. Invoicing and Payment Terms:

  • Orders must be paid before they are shipped. After communication, the total order price will be provided. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, with payment details, including bank account information, provided after communication. The buyer is responsible for any associated bank fees. Negotiable payment terms based on order volume and history.

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Buyers must contact FLAKOUT for return approval before sending back the products. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

  1. Wholesale Catalog Request:

  • Buyers interested in our wholesale catalog can request it by sending an email to b2b@flakout.com or by contacting us through social media.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • Buyers must report damaged or defective items within 2 days of receiving the order. FLAKOUT will replace damaged items or issue a credit/refund.

  1. Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed and shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded if they are held at customs due to non-payment of taxes or other related charges.

  1. Changes to the Agreement:

  • FLAKOUT reserves the right to modify these wholesale policies at any time. Wholesalers will be informed of any changes.
